For all races in Slovenia, riders without a valid UCI license must arrange theier own insurance online through the Cycling Federation of Slovenia.
A one-day license is available and is valid only for the specific event for which it is issued (e.g. Rookies Cup, Kranjska Gora (SLO), 23-24 May 2026).

The one-day license includes ONLY third-party liability insurance, valid exclusively during the competition.
❗NO OTHER INSURANCE IS INCLUDED ❗
This means that accident insurance or any personal injury coverage is NOT provided.
Participants are strongly advised to arrange additional insurance if needed.
Please fill out the form ( one-day licence Propain Rookies Cup Kranjska Gora ) and send it to kzs@kolesarska-zveza.si . After submitting the form to the KZS email, you´ll receive further instructions regarding the payment or confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted.
Furthermore, all riders under the age of 18 without a valid UCI license must provide a signed declaration of consent to pick up their start number.

If you would like to camp, the following campsites and motorhome parking areas are available in the immediate vicinity or within the valley:
- RV parking area PZA Planica – Camper stop Planica - Kranjska Gora, Upper Carniola - Avtokampi.si or PARKIRIŠČE ZA AVTODOME - Nordijski center Planica
- Camping Špik, Gozd Martuljek – Kamp Špik | Gozd Martuljek | Kranjska Gora | Slovenija
- Camping Kamne, Dovje – Camping Kamne - Kranjska Gora
Please note that the designated parking lot listed below is only available for parking motorhomes from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and therefore cannot be used for overnight stays:

Violations are punishable by a fine of up to €500.00 per person.
