    Next Gen at the iXS Dirt Masters

The young elite meet up for the big kick-off: The Propain Rookies Cup 2025 kicks off this weekend - and in a place where the atmosphere couldn't be better: at the iXS Dirt Masters Festival in Winterberg. The first round of the RDC not only promises a lot in terms of sport, but also offers the perfect stage for young talents with big ambitions.

Winterberg is calling

The venue could hardly be more iconic: The Bikepark Winterberg in Sauerland is one of the most famous spots in Central Europe. With a long history in gravity sports, modern lifts, top infrastructure and a scene that has long been at home here, Winterberg offers everything a rookie race needs - and much more. Whether local hero or newcomer: everyone wants to show what they're made of here.

With a length of 1.5 kilometres and a depth of 200 metres, the course is compact but by no means easy. Many bends, technical passages and fast sections demand a lot from the young riders. This is where you can really see who has their bike under control. The course has been optimised again and again in recent years and will remain a real challenge in 2025 - but also really fun to ride.

As usual, the starting field is packed. Young racers from all over Europe are travelling to Winterberg to collect points, podium places and experience. Many of the names currently competing in the World Cup celebrated their first successes here in the Rookies Cup. So it will be interesting to see which new talents will ride their way into the limelight this year.

In the midst of festival fever

The Propain Rookies Cup is an integral part of the iXS Dirt Masters Festival - Europe's biggest gravity festival. This means a huge expo, full spectator stands, a great atmosphere and lots of side events surrounding the racing action. Anyone who competes here will experience that real World Cup feeling - even at junior level. It's hard to imagine a better start to the season.

The biggest MTB Team in History!

iXS extends the Gravity Alliance – and strives to create the biggest MTB team in history! In 2024, the Swiss helmet, protection and apparel brand iXS has launched the iXS Gravity Alliance to support privateer racers inside the iXS Downhill Cups. Now, iXS takes the program one step further: The Support Program for Privateers will now include Downhill, Enduro and Slopestyle/Freeride. More than a sponsorship, the Gravity Alliance is a movement dedicated to real riders – those who live for the race tape and contest podiums, not the social media spotlight.
