Conditions of participation
Participation in the Racement GmbH competition is free of charge and will be carried out exclusively in accordance with these conditions of participation.
Participation
In order to participate in the competition, the conditions mentioned in the competition text must be fulfilled. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is not permitted to use several profiles or accounts, for example to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the competition is defined in the competition text. Within this defined period, users will be given the opportunity to participate online in the competition.
Eligible participants
Natural persons with a residence in a country of the European Union are eligible to participate. They must have reached the age of 14. If the legal capacity of a participant is restricted, the consent of his/her legal representative must be obtained.
Employees of Racement as well as their family members and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate. Participation is also excluded in the event of manipulation with regard to access and implementation, breaches of the conditions of participation, unfair practices or in the event of misleading or incorrect information.
Determination of prizes
The prizes will be announced in the text of the competition. The legal process is generally excluded. The winners will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the draw.
The winners of the draw will be informed of the prize in a timely manner.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner or to the legal representative of the underage winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible. A change of the prize is excluded.
Any costs incurred for the shipment of the prizes will be borne by Racement GmbH. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the competition
Racement GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if extraordinary reasons disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant guarantees that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct. Racement points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use. An exception is made for the companies involved in the implementation of the competition or in the provision of the prizes. These companies will collect, store and use data for the purpose of conducting the competition or sending the prizes.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her profile and, if applicable, name in the media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the Operator and its social media platforms.
The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of Racement GmbH given in the imprint section of the website. After revocation of consent, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.

Applicable law
Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be addressed to Racement GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section of the app or website. The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
